I ordered up the Integy alloy bellcrank kit for my slash and wow it it a nice kit, comes with bearings etc, and is a machined pc..I will post pics in a bit..:cool:
I am considering upgrading to aluminum A-arms on my 3.3. What are the PROS & CONS?? For those of you that have them, do you like them? I am told that it is better to stay stock...given a huge blow the plastic a-arms will take the blow and break, saving from much serious damage where as aluminum...

I`m not satisfy with the XL`engine temp...it`s arorund 135c(275F)afte 6-7 working in the half throttle.
So I`ve read some posts in forums that replacing XL`s stock tuned pipe could help to drop temp.
I know that their are some branded tuned and ribbed pipe in the market like...
anyone have experience doing this? right now its bare metal and I'm turning it into a camo duck boat. I've been doing some research and it looks pretty complected. Aluminum epoxy etching primers, etc... any help is appreciated

I have a mugen mbx6. My front shocktower which is carbon, has a pretty decent sized crack in it. so i decieded to try the aluminum on the front. How tough are they? How much does it take to bend them? Is it tougher then carbon towers?
Hey guys. What parts for the T-Maxx would be a good idea to replace with Aluminum, and which are bad ideas? I always get mixed reviews with this and can't decifer without buying the products myself. So I haven't replaced any yet. Tired of plasic though. Any recommendations?

any uk/ ebay members have a supplier of alloy spur gears??? for T-maxx 2.5/1.5
mine keep burning out and befor you say anything:
my T-maxx .15 yes o moved the engine and used locktight positioning it....and listend for the clicking sound.
on my 2.5 i let Traxxas UK fit the spur and re-build...
So stoked! I just won an ACNCM discontinued chassis, the super thick one, with the milled out bottom, for .99 cents plus shipping! Includes all the screws and it's brand new! Looks like I can finally ditch all that cheesy blue on my truck now!
And to top it off, I just installed my JR Sport...
So I was thinking (which always ends up in a dangerous trip to the LHS!) about stiffening up the Maxx a bit before I really rip into 'er at some insane spots I've been scoping out to bash.
Are aluminum center chassis braces a good call along with the RPM skids?
