It’s been -38°f (ambient, that doesn’t include windchill) the last week. Finally warmed up to above zero for a day and we ended up getting record snowfall. Snowed over 10 inches and now it’s gonna go right back to -30°f later today.. 😫

I’ve been working inside for too long. I’m not built for this anymore 🤣

Yeah, I just changed my mind about wishing I had moved to Alaska when I was young.

If it changes anything, I still love it here and wouldn’t move. Even if I complain about it from time to time. I went to Florida once to visit a friend and thought I was gonna die in the back seat of a car at 6am from heat stroke while everyone else was bundled up in coats. 🤣

You can always put more layers on. You get into legal issues when you take too many off.

These are the children I am currently being forced to give up my privacy to protect. 👍 THIS is clearly a result of social media. 🙄🤯🤬

What the hell is wrong with ppl?
I watch a lot of Midwest safety and code blue cam on YouTube. You'd be surprised how many fully grown adults are literally incapable of being functioning members of society... you'd also be horrified to see how those same people will try and use their kids to skirt consequences.

man that's everyday 💩 in my neck of the hood.
people just walking in "shopping" and walking out with whatever they want without paying.
homeless people walking in to a store and filling up a trash bag with whatever and storming out without paying.
flash mob style robberies where a group of people rush through the door grab whatever and rush out. it's over before anyone can even call 911. (not that cops show up to crimes in the LA area anymore. iv got a good story about that to)
then you have the growing number of smash and grabs.

a family friend witnessed an incident at a Walmart about 6 years ago. a middle age women and 3 kids (girls ages maybe 7 to 13). they filled up 2 shopping carts then the women left the carts and kids inside the store maybe 50 feet inside the door where you're thinking, ok they're going to get in a check out line. nope. mini van pulls up right in front of the door, and the kids grabbed the carts and sprinted for the door while the women in the van yelled "run mija" they got out the door threw as much of the contents of the carts in the van as possible and sped off. store employees were like, yeah that happens all the time.

the more time passes. the harder it is to believe Sodom and Gomorrah were worse than California. maybe God needs to rethink and take out LA and SF. send humanity a message.

“The only way to fix it is to flush it all away”

I've seen that happen before, it was about 20 years ago. Van pulls up in front of the store and about five people with two shopping carts came running out, threw the full shopping carts in the van and took off. Happened so quick I didn't even think to get the license plate. Probably not a legit plate anyway.

Pulled up to a light. Had a car sitting on a green for a long time, no one around. We pull up and almost get into an accident because asswipe next to us speed up. Slam the brakes and honk the horn. He was 150 feet away from the light on the brake seat reclined snd his hands up over his head like he passed out on drugs. After that he floors it to the light tgdn does 60 in a 45. Pretty sure it was drugs and I'm sure he had more and was trying to escape before police came. Saw it before. 😝🤪
