I was ready to put $500 on your wife beating you by KO in the 3rd! Lol!

Have fun!!! :thumbs-up:😁

Great seats... hope you enjoyed it! It's a whole different experience up close and in person.

I had never been to a boxing match until I got to cover (one of) Sugar Ray Leonard's "coming out of retirement" fights in the '80s. It was an exhibition fight that was held at Andrews AFB, strangely. I was a Navy journalist stationed across the runways from Andrews at the Naval Air Facility, so I managed to get in as press.

I was literally ringside, under the ropes with my elbows on the mat, taking photos. To have gotten any closer, I would have had to have been in the fight. 🥊 It was quite an experience.

That was in the film photography days and my photos belonged to the US Navy, but I did find one poorly-exposed shot that I have from the post-fight interviews and scanned many years ago. I may have a shot or two from the fight somewhere in an old photo album...

i doubt it would take her all 3 rounds lol
my wifes scary when shes mad at me

this was just a random fighter, he did well, was the first fight of the night. had an absolute blast other than some people behind us. but thats life theres a culture of people that i just tend to try and avoid but they were hella close and reminded me the entire time why i try to avoid them...
just a loud and obnoxious culture. hood culture. its ugly to me. the lack of respect for others is astounding. i digress

my guy didnt win sadly. but he tried, he said the guy was hitting him with bricks.

ringside seats are totally worth the extra fee. freaking epic
