2 more gears later. srill having troubles. tmaxx goes great forward. but it sqweels in reverse, chewing up gear. any help guys...

i have a tmaxx 2.5. bought used how tight should the spring be on the spur gear.

I was racing and spun out when I gave my car gas to get back moving and it did not move when I went and got it that was the first thing I saw ....can y'all tell me what happend how to prevent this from happening again

Hey guys just wondering if i should get a steel spur gear or a plastic one. i shredded the plastic one to pieces yesterday and thought about getting a steel one so it wouldnt shred. but if i do get the steel one will i just end up shredding the plastic tranny gears instead??

hey all, my tmaxx 3.3 keeps on stripping its spur gear. it has been correctly meshed by a specialist but still strips. my second gear isn't working could this be the problem as its reving too high in first?

Well learned my lesson the hard way with the spur gear. Tightened and backed off a quarter turn, well i guess thats not quite enough on this truck. Smoked it instantly, melted the inside of the gear. Now i understand the concept of the slipper on this paticular truck now at least. 2 new gears...
