Some ppl can't handle it. 🤷‍♀️

Beadlocks are good for dexterity. 🤣 Not bad once you get a rythm going, but can definitely give you some hand cramps when your doing that many
It tends to take me couple before I start getting in that rhythm, It generally takes me at least couple to figure out the best approach, or the tricks to getting that particular tire on that particular brand of wheel.

The set last night was the same Vitivon wheel, but the tires on this set are oe. Losi BR2 tires. The gold wheel, black ring set has a thinner softer pro-line BFG tires, the Losi tires were a bit more of a fight, especially that first one, I actually about gave up on getting those tires on there. Back side was easier it was the front side that was battle to get lined up to where I could get that first couple bolts started .
By the third one I had the trick to it figured out.

Been there, know the struggle. It's even tougher on 1.0 mini crawler wheels. But the end results are so worth it. :thumbs-up:

Started on my Isenhouer Brothers F100 body for one of my TT pro trucks.
One of these trucks

Will look like this when it’s done.

It starts tonight with the undercoating the body.

I had ran out of flex seal, so I grabbed a can of this stuff when I was returning a couple truck battery cores to AutoZone.

Got the body cleaned and treated with this leak seal rustolem product. Can reads to be about the same sort stuff as the flex seal I have been using for many years on the bodies I run on my RCs.

Should be dried and ready for the dreaded task of applying all the decals tomorrow.
Not looking forward to this next part at all. lol 😂

Hopefully it looks like this when all said and done .

With the addition of the Vitavon rims that I put on my Baja Rey 2.0 version, I think I have it looking really close to real truck now. I really hope I can get the TT pro build to look half as good as the BR2 version.

Got er done.
Decals went pretty well.

The matte clear , mmmmm well apparently a little goes a long way, and when applying it, you can’t really tell what is going on with it.

About a half hour later knocking it down washing it, finally tried some back to black automotive detailing stuff, and finally started to get it close to what I was after. I thought when it first dried that it was ruined . 😡
I think I got it back to at least half way decent looking or close to what I was after.

Next modified the stock wheels with a gold paint pen.
Started out with the first 2 taking the yellow off first.

IMG_3983.webp

Realized that really didn’t seem to work as well as just painting over the yellow rings.

Next came changing out the body mounts on the TT pro.

Next setup the body and tapped the holes .
