I used to watch the re-runs every night for a long time... just to fill the void in the evenings... background noise basically.

Maybe I'm making things up. I swore The Nashville Network sensored "the flag" for a bit, but then the show was taken off the air shortly thereafter. I'm just pokin' a little fun at you. Please forgive me.

No worries I had forgot about that.
I sort of remember hearing something about that they were blurring out the flag or something like that. Lol

I use to watch the show on Friday nights, I remember as kid eagerly waiting for new episodes on Friday nights.
Now days I have them on DVD and in my I-tunes video library.
But, I typically can only watch the early season 1 Georgia episodes.
The show starts getting a little too cheeseeee or something when they moved production to LA .
As a kid I never noticed it changing. Now I pickup up on green screens, recycled stunt footage, or worse plastic model stunts.

Still a big fan, lots of fond memories when I see the General .

I had heard back in day, the General got more fan mail than any of the people in the cast. Lol 😝
 
The Dukes of Hazzard and Knight Rider were my favorite shows as a kid. Couldn't wait for the new episodes to come out. I remember when McDonald's happy meals came in different Dukes of Hazzard car containers. I still have the general and boss Hoggs Cadillac. It offends me that people get butthurt over a flag on the roof of a car.
 
I loved Herbie, Dukes of hazzard, Smokey and the Bandit and Knight Rider when i was younger i recently rebought Smokey on DVD i really need to rewatch them someday. I also researched the Trans Am's and Pontiac sedans they used in all 3 films for the Bandits car and Buford T Justice's car also the the Semi's that Snowman drove like from the Kenworth he had in the 1st film to the Peterbilt he had for a short scene in the 3rd one. Also in Part 3 Snowman's actor played as the Bandit since Burt Reynolds didn't reprise his role for that film also Carrie wasn't in the film either.

Yep, those were some of my favorites as well.

I was a huge night rider fan.
Still watch the night rider historians on YouTube from time to time.

Back in the late 80s I had my dream car at the time. Lol

Put on those tires on the slash, and gonna test between those and the now worn down Hyrax's in the grass to see what is better.
Switched my YR 25mm Motor fan on the esc in the reflex, took that out and put it in the slash on that esc. Just ran it to the receiver since the HW G2 quickrun WP escs use a PH jst plug for the fan, not a ordinary red jst or servo JR/Futaba plug.
Also fixed the mini b from last weekend at the track. The front arm I guess flexed too much and came off the hinge pin, in the back of the pivot block. Assuming that since it's not supported on the back plus the hinge pin isn't long enough to go through the entire arm in the back. And didn't looked cracked so.
 
The slash only broke because I side swiped the tree at like 25mph lol. On that side. On the side I have the stock hub on lol. The other side is a aluminum one. 🤣😆🫠

The mini b tires seen better days. Can't complain for 3 yr old jcon ellipses. Bashed and raced on.
