What stupid thing did you do today?

Lets face it; we all do dumb things sometimes, so why not post it here so we can all, uh, "understand" what you did wrong?
I'll start:
today i had to go to Fred Meyer to get something, and for some reason my brain told me that i didn't need my boots(even though we got quite a bit of yesterday night).
To make a long story short, my regular shoes are sitting by my wood stove currently.
(P.S. please nobody make fun of anything anyone posts on this thread, if you do, you're not being rad enough to participate)

I made an offer on a used car and said
"I will pay this amount plus tax and no extra fees" and thought they wouldn't try slip in extra fees.... I know better. Now I have to spite buy a new car.

It's Thursday, which means it's garbage day.
We live in a cove, the neighbors kids were walking up to their driveway, I waited until it was safe to go, waved...then proceeded to back into my other neighbors garage can. (Kids on the south, other neighbor to the north.)

Painted the headers with a nice chrome paint for the sprint car side panels. Only to realize the plastic outer coating was still on! Yep..painted the plastic coating. Smh!

Between my high stress job, a long list of small things I need to get done around the house, the micro crawler course I want to finish and enjoy...I just don't have the mental space for this right now. But I will eventually...and it'll be great. I mean...just look at it...
