Like the title says, what parts should I stock up on?

Need to stock up parts for my B74, Rustler, Slash, and Mini B. As the tracks I'm going to for summer are outdoors and just a track. No hobby shop. I got the basics for most of my cars like arms, shock towers, bulkheads, ect but should I really need any more parts just in case? 🤔

buy a used roller for each class for spares, then any parts you pull... replace with at least 3 spares of each until you eventually get to the point where you are no longer touching the roller for 6+ months then sell the roller for what you paid and then you have your inventory built up at that point ;)

+1 on what Bill says, David. With a roller you'll have at least one of everything in a convenient easy to transport package. No having to dig through a pit box "hoping" there's the part you need somewhere in there. Repair the roller after removing a part(s) and you're good to go again until the next break. -AC

For the Traxxas stuff I'd just buy the whole RPM catalogue and call it a day, transmission case aside. Namely you'll want shock towers, a-arms, and skidplates if you're running a HCG Slash.

Also, consider replacing the screw in hinge pins with something a little more 21st century. The stock junk chews into your a-arms anytime you mess with them.

I’d add drive line parts to replace once per visit. For every car I was going to race that day.

Pivot pins and shock shafts. Those are the things I’ve had issues with the most after big crashes. But like others said having a spare roller is probably the easiest way to make sure you have one of everything.
If I had read the thread before my post, I’d liked this one instead of posting.

I also like Mark Santa Maria's idea. Always get 2 of the same thing.
i'd look for "lots" then, its fairly commom for parents to buy Timmy and Jimmy similar Traxxas vehicles, then they get bored (or a $5 part breaks), and they're sold off.

Theres also plenty of ex-racer Mini Bs the in RCTech classifieds that come with spares.
