Traxxas has yet to steal that design from Arrma. Give them time though. I bet they'll come out with one soonWhat’s the Traxxas equivalent to the Typhon?
Is Arrma that much better than Traxxas? Is Arrma just a higher quality and better value than Traxxas? I know I’ll have to judge for myself but I’m just curious about everyone’s opinions.I’d say get the typhon and don’t even second guess it.

The 6S line... I'd say yes. The 4S and under, I'd say it's fairly even up.Is Arrma that much better than Traxxas? Is Arrma just a higher quality and better value than Traxxas? I know I’ll have to judge for myself but I’m just curious about everyone’s opinions.
I will agree. The 6s line has aluminum chassis plates & front pillow ball suspension vs C-hubs on everything else. The 6s line is so modular. All the 6s rigs can be cross compatible or mix n matched. The 6S line... I'd say yes. The 4S and under, I'd say it's fairly even up.

It knows me... 1ST & only spin. The Notorious is my favorite RC I own.
Yes, the Xmaxx is big, I can't work on it on my workbench, I have to set up a folding table.Yeah , that XRT looks huge in person. The guy said the X-Maxx was even bigger. What?!? How much bigger can it be?
And Tower Hobbies doesn’t carry Traxxas anymore? I’m sure it has something to do with the whole Traxxas policy hate thing.
The shop had some retro RC’s too. Ones I remember from 1987/1988 like the Lunch Box , The Hornet and The Blackfoot. Old school!
Isn't the xmaxx just a little taller but stubbier than the XRT? I dont think I'd really call it biggerYes, the Xmaxx is big, I can't work on it on my workbench, I have to set up a folding table.
It is a kick in the arse to run though.
The Typhon is a awesome buggy but I would stay away from the Mega version.Hobbytown in Kennesaw is open 7 days a week...and I've been thankful for that on more than one occasion already. They are staged and ready to take my $$$ lol
Seriously thinking about getting a Typhon tomorrow...I mean, I NEED a buggy in the collection, don't I?
I've never seen the XRT up close and personal, but the Xmaxx is definitely huge.Isn't the xmaxx just a little taller but stubbier than the XRT? I dont think I'd really call it bigger
Wow , that’s a big one for sure. A little bit too big for me right now at my current skill level. But if I did get it, maybe I could drive it to work a few days a week and save on gasThe Typhon is a awesome buggy but I would stay away from the Mega version.
It needs upgrades right out of the box.

This gives you a idea of how big the Xmaxx is.

Glad I'm staying away from ebay at the moment.
Seriously? That’s insane. You’d need a football field for something that big.
Back then , I remember the Kyosho Ultima and Associated RC10 were top dogs. And RC Car Action magazine was popular.
Holy sh*t. it’s the size of a Honda Civic.Glad I'm staying away from ebay at the moment.
I am all about the Rustler 4 x 4 ultimate.Maybe a 4wd Rustler?
