Can hold the motor but it’s also handy to have something that can hold the wire on the terminal

oh yeah didn’t think about that lol

ordered all of this just now, 2 receivers from hobbyking never heard of them before lol hopefully I receive but my slash is coming tomorrow supposedly the only thing i’ll need for it is battery maybe? idk i’ll have to check it before I plug it in to anything any ideas on how to check a lipo without setting it on fire?

Plug it into your charger, check on the cell voltage and the internal resistance, well depending what charger you have.

They also cell cheap cell checker / low voltage alarms like these and they are pretty good. But I prefer to go by the charger for reading IRs.

I have this this should be able to check the battery and tell me all that then, I plug in one of my good batteries to it, my slash battery has been sitting who knows how long so idk what kind of condition it is in lol

I was looking at those for our trx4 shift servos. Then I can use one of them for my girls trx4m until I get a different esc and receiver for it

Scored a used 10bl120 G2 hobbywing esc from a race buddy. That's goin into the slash. Once I get it lol

found 2 carpet tracks with either no limits for sct or I can in novice/sportsman with my slash so as long as I can get the esc to last around the track i’ll be good might pick up a new battery for it tm though cause it should be arriving tomorrow

I prefer that over anything I’ve used since “The Jig’s Up” isn’t available anymore.. it’s great for bullets.

I always solder motor tabs installed where it’s gonna live. I’ll do the esc on the bench, tin the wires for the motor tabs, Tim the tabs, and toss it in the car, and solder it up..

I keep these in the storage box on my 4 wheelers..

$59 with the coupon is a no brainer, I just want the body.
I'm sure the pickups sound terrible and the neck profile is far from what I like but
again, I just want the body.
Not sure if the pickups are Alnico or ceramic and I prefer Alnico.
The bridge is coil split.
The guitar players know what I'm talking about.
