Friend/co worker of mine started cutting grass for this little old lady in town, then that turned in to him managing a rental house she had (we lived there for a bit before we bought our house). Then that turned in to her buying him 3 more rental properties. When she passed she had no family, she left everything to him. He now sits at work 3 days a week for health insurance

(Don't tell my wife but) the stock market had an absolute rip this past week so I'm cashing out.

It's not often that tower has 20% coupons so I took advantage and ordered (most) everything I need to finish up all my current projects.

Some other miscellaneous things will be purchased through Jenny's but this should be enough to keep me busy through the end of the year

Got myself a new toy while I was at it. Been working 60 hours weeks the past two months, so why not?
