I've actually only been to the Hobbytown in Boise twice and that was for a body for my crawler and some paint. It's been awhile since I've been there but the shelves were pretty thin when I was there.
I was there a couple months ago and they were really thin. I remember their old location and they were always stuffed to the walls with anything you needed

Our Hobbytown was awesome for a long time, always had everything I needed. Then they just started sliding into tha downward spiral.

I looked up my location online, to check thier hours before I drove over there today, and it said they have been permanently closed. Not surprised but am a bit sad.

More goodies came in over the weekend :)

I never know what size heat shrink to buy to rewrap lipo's... would like to get some for my 3S/4S packs.

Snagged a set of backflip MT's mounted off book of faces for $50. Slightly used, but good to have a full set on hand for backup.

100mm would be too big. Id try maybe 60mm for a 4S and 50mm for 3S or somewhere in that ball park.

I want to get in to RC drag racing next year and I plan on doing a drag car build over the winter. I managed to find one of these still NIB (although a lot more expensive than when they were available) in order to be able to practice and tune my car. :)

Dude I must say impressive stock pile that you have there bud.
Yeah, I may have a serious problem... I mean its not a problem for me but others seem to think so lol. My wife thinks I'm crazy. My Hobby Room is supposed to be the "den"/family room whatever you want to call it. Its literally the biggest room in the house. Our kitchen and living room both are 14 x 22ft and the Den is 14 x 23 ft. My hobby room is completely full of stuff, most of it is RC. Id say 10% of it is my treadmill and misc stuff, 20% is Computer stuff, and 70% is RC stuff. I need more room :hehe: :hehe: :hehe:

Lol that what I said when I saw them. Thats why I got both wasn't sure which one I really like so we shall see. The black one was suggested on a video I watched on tmaxx conversions so why not add it to the mix and see what works better. Lol And more the merrier you can never have enough RC stuff/parts/rigs/ or anything that makes u happy. 😊😄😀😉

Oh forgot about the stuff that came last week sorry. New soldering station upgrade from my little wands I used before. XT-90 &60 connectors , 4s zee lipo, balance lead protectors, and new HR steering horn for the Xmaxx to upgrade the steering

How you like the new soldering station? I started trying out EC5 connectors...HATE em. The XT-90s are easier to work with but I hate the fact that they are only 4.5mm bullets compared to the 5mm bullets in EC5s

@Greywolf74 That was some serious shopping right there!
WOLF killed it LOL
You guys have no idea the level of addiction my wife puts up with lol. I dont even post everything I buy. Sometimes i feel like my hobby isnt so much RC as it is buying RC stuff 🤣
