If you want to call it wrenching, I didn't take out my tools, but did a short hack on the rustler. Added some rubber o rings under the body mounts on the rustler so the body doesn't have play / flap.

put a new motor in the wraith,but i think i got my mesh wrong, it goes fine in forward but just grinds in reverse. taking it back apart today good times

I'm right there with ya bro. In the morning I am planning on boxing up older projects and putting them in the closet, or the old RC room. I have all my spares in plano tackle boxes, and they are organized by RC. They'll be going in the box with the kits, boxes labeled, and put away for now.

Last year, I got way out of hand. So my resolutin this year would be to not accumulate any more RC's. But how long do you think that's going to last

My wishlist needs to have at least one of these at the very top.

But it's too hard to drop money on something that doesn't work with our current radio's

Just a quick job. Relocated the power switch so its not a PIA to access, and test fitted a bigger battery. RGT Intruder EX86020.

I reached out to Matt from Tekno about widening my db48 a little. Since .3 and .4 arms are nearly identical I decided to grab some of these like he suggested. He did warn me, the wider you go with a hex extender the more stress you put on steering components. Duly noted sir.

I pulled the MX8/1717 combo out of my Kraton XL and am installing a MAX6/Rocket 4092 1650kv combo. I'm waiting for the Shoe Goo to set up before I put it back together. The MAX/Rocket combo has more bite than the Castle system, better for doing flips.

Just for clarification, the motor isn't touching the ESC. The motor wires are on the short side.

It’s a 1/8 nitro crawler with absolute terrible final drive ratio, and unfortunately far less articulation than would be remotely capable on most courses… Thank ya sir!!

Better late than never but finally got and finished wrapping my pit board wrap. I had to use an actual pane of glass and not plexiglass for the wrap because it was surprisingly cheaper and they didnt have the size I needed. I'm sure it'll be fine as long as i''m careful. Wrapping it required 2 people to do. I already see some light scuff marks in the right lighting in the upper right corner from the squeege which is a little annoying but oh well. The lipo charger is gonna go in that corner anyways.
