The Erevo runs like a raped ape. Amazing rig, sadly it's discontinued. At least the first version anyways.

Ppl loved them too!

Seen them in person and they are impressive as heck but never watched it go.

In fact I wish there was a kit option for all of them.

The stampede 4x4 kit was my first rc car.

When I saw these featured readers rides in RC Action as a kid I fell in love...Even though my Mojave 4s is a definite upgraded Hi-Lux there still amazing looking trucks IMO!

Not a kit but the Arrma Nero Bigrock 6s. If parts were all still available.

Again, not a kit but I did fully restore a Arrma ADX-10 bls back to og(minus the ESC and wheels).

Also, I'd love the Axial Wraith Spawn kit or at least the Wraith 1.9. Just something about the look I like.

Proline Profusion.

I own one. When it works (which isn't often) it's a rager. The problem is the C-clip that holds the input gears in place falls off, then its diffs grind themselves apart. It's the best handling SCT trucks I've driven and it easily handles 4s if that's where you want to go. It could have benefited from more aftermarket support.

I can't say there is an OG rc that I'd pick over the modern stuff myself. I enjoyed some nitro action back in the nineties, but lipo powered brushless is where it's at for me. I don't miss nitro rc's, or nicads and brushed motors.

Kit or no, these def count imo!!!
Its a shame the parts aren't around for some of the older stuff that ppl love.
Restoration work can be time consuming. Trying to find those last few parts to complete a build can be tricky!

Here's another I've never seen in person.
Ppl who have these Proline kits seem to love them.
Do you know the story or why they don't make them any more?
Its seems like kit manufacturing would be a logical next step for an aftermarket company.
Did Horizon kill these kits when they bought Proline?

I admit there isn't much that I miss about nicads! The older radio range wasn't great either. I still miss my Magnum jr Radio!
I am going to try mixing and matching new and old stuff, kits and electronics with my builds.
No need to try and repower my 3s Granite with brushed motors from '87 but with my Optima Mid and maybe others if that goes well.
I'm hoping to get into racing again. Looking like a retro class would be perfect for me.
I haven't dug my nitro's out of storage yet.
I bought a transmission for my Revo 3.3 already so they are one deck...
They are loud and messy and noisy... just like me! Lol!
I will always love my nitros!

it is a pretty cool kit but you don't get much for the price they go for nowadays. I have one brand new in the box that is in limbo between keeping it or selling it.

If you don't need the money and no buyer NEEDS the kit, I'd prob sit on it.
I have a bunch of my older cars, stuff... my regrets are the ones I got rid of.
I'm not so happy that I got $25 for that old Dominator Corvette body that I SO shouldn't have sold!
You can always sell later (prob for more $) if things change or if storage becomes an issue.

I missed out on the mighty LST's, was on a hiatus when they were on the market. Maybe I lucked out, I have bins full of discontinued relics already. LOL
Definitely look killer though!
