We have a few

My daily is a 1998 HDJ101 w/ 1HD-FTE. It's a JDM diesel 100-series Land Cruiser. It's awesome, RHD and that old 90s style soft cloth interior. I got lucky and found one with JP maintenance records going back about 10 years or so and even the POs insurance card! No rust, 145k km. Needs wheel bearings, control arms, and the intake cleaned (EGR mucks it up) but drives great.

My two less daily cars are a 1982 911SC Targa that recently had a respray done with some corrosion repair. It's got the original, unopened as best I can tell 3.0 engine and 915 gearbox. It drives great and is super fun, only real issues is the gearbox needs double clutched to downshift sometimes, think the syncros are going but that's par for the course with a 130k mile gearbox. I've replaced the fuse panel with updated modern fuse panels, it's also got new fuel lines, seats, and audio (not that you can hear it anyway). I bought it in NY and drove it home to NC.

My other is a 2001 996.1, this one I drive more often than the above. It has 56k original miles and was a CA/TX car before I got it to NC. I've since added Ohlins R&T coilovers and...replaced the engine with a Flat Six Innovations Stage II (bumps displacement from 3.4 to 3.8). It's a beast for a naturally aspirated 911 and it's in immaculate shape.

OK - blast from the past.

Imagine my excitement when I was poking around the hobby stores and found a 1/10 body for my little '95 Honda Civic VX (EG) Hatchback! I got the little car with a blown engine right about the time gas shot up to $4/gal. I had it back on the road for $1500 (including the $800 purchase price), added some custom touches (rims, tires, tunes, Integra seats, and tint - so nobody could recognize me driving it), and I drove it like I stole it getting 39mpg for about 4.5 years (when I found my Mach 1 project... the little Honda just wasn't cool anymore at that point). Still miss the little scooter, though - it was deceptively huge inside (big enough for my 6'5" - 300lb self) and was a total blast to drive. I bought it with 192K, and the cylinder walls still showed the factory cross-hatching. I sold it to a friend for $3500 with 205K miles and it ran like a champ.

Then poking around to see what the crawler scene is all about, and what jumps out at me but a K5 Blazer! I traded the blue '85 Nissan 4x4 in on it, spent the next 10 months repairing all the bashing the previous owner had done (including mismatched rear springs, bent rear axle, almost all of the electrics, and some cosmetic damage). My wife hated it because it reminded her of her ex's old Dodge W150 pick-up (which was a beater and sucked, BTW). I was almost done getting it back to being a nice ride, when I found my Jeep - game over. I didn't even get any pics, but this is as close as anything.

Might have to get me one of them crawler thingies. LOL!! I think I'd rather have a body of my '97 Ram 1500, though (as also seen above next to the Honda).

You'd surprised at just how close I was able to get a 1/10 Protoform NASCAR Monte Carlo to look like her old '96 Z-24. That little car was a blast to drive, but a monster hail storm in 2002 totaled it.

2020 RAM Laramie 5.7L Hemi

I got every option I wanted on this thing, including the panoramic view sunroof and premium sound system. Only thing I couldnt get was the 12inch touch screen info-tainment system. 🤷‍♂️

Last but not least, my 700HP Procharged 2017 392 T/A.
I've done a fair amount of work to it. Added the procharger obviously, Vossen wheels, active cut-outs so I can switch between stock exhaust and running open headers, Interior lighting, custom taillight covers which make my tail lights look like black widow symbols, I've had all kinds of decals on it at various times, most of which are customs that I made on my 32 inch vinyl cutter, diffuser fins, I'm sure theres other stuff that I'm forgetting :)

Turnt Up

Toyota only just started selling then in Australia. Would be great for towing. But Its $170,000aud ($105,247 usd) with only one grade available. No V8 for us. It's has the 3.5L V6 Twin-Turbo, automatic, 4 door. Only has a 122ltr fuel tank which seems small for a big rig. The smaller LC Prados had 180ltr tank.

I pull a camp trailer and once in awhile, a ATV trailer with two ATVs.
I wanted a small camper because the truck has to last. I baby it
and service it like clock work. I love it.

I always wanted a Tundra. For the towing capacity and room inside.
In the past we had to import them and get them converted to RHD.
What engine etc does yours have?

It's the 5.7L V8. Plenty of power for towing but like a mentioned, I baby her.
It has to out live me, I can't afford another one.
Do the current model Tundras still have the V8 over there?

Not sure actually, I wasn't really sure about mine honestly, I had to grab the book.
I always have it serviced and have never had any issue with it what so ever.
I let the pro's deal with that.;)
I won't drive mine where I have to use 4wd. I drive on dirt roads but well maintained. I use my ATVs if
I want to get out in the middle of nowhere.
All the new rigs have terrible looking grills. I just don't like the at all.
I'll never buy a new one regardless, I couldn't afford one.
