General RC Information
I bought this truck from the original owner about 5 years ago. It was built and never run, he had added a bunch of cool hop up parts. But never completed the build. So after sweet talking him into shipping it, it ended up at its forever home. So the first thing I did after receiving it was take it apart. Really the whole reason I bought the truck was for the super rare apm diamond tread bumpers. I've been building clods since I was 15 and I've only seen these bumpers on two other trucks. So I swapped them out for another build and put on an apm bowtie bumper and double tube square rear bumper that I had pilfered away. The truck also came with apm roll bar, fire extinguisher, diamond plate, grab handles, bedliner, antenna and fuelie stacks. All super rare and hard to find. The apm roll bar also had the ram rc lights. So I finally decided on a color and graphics for the body which is a paint huffer color called atomic surf. The body got several coats of that and then my graphics artist layed down some killer striping and the trucks name on the tailgate, after that it all got cleared over with 5 coats of clear. Which kicked me into high gear for assembly. I polished all of the aluminum parts added an esp wheelie bar and the real focal point of this truck an esp snow plow which got the polishing treatment aswell. The truck also had some ccp anti rotation brackets and I opened up a brand new package of vintage ccp ladder bars to give it just a little bit more being. Its riding on 8 kyosho platinum shocks with an esp lift kit. I thru in a pair of trinity matched madness motors and added a set of cncrc blade wheels and vintage amark mini spike tires.
