Awesome car man! You gonna shelve that one? I don't think I could bring myself to drive it lol. I am a Kyosho fan from way back. They are just fantastic rc's!

What is cool about it ,is it is 4 years old an is still competitive today ,I believe it maybe
the last version before the new Kyosho MP10 TK12 came out!
I might try ny hand at the track some day ,but if I do run it ,it will be light an with a different
engine!
It comes with several wings & 3 new bodies ,so there is plenty of back ups to play around
with ,if one would read an pay close attention to the description ,it comes with about
over $ 500.00 dollars worth of extra stuff not counting the $ 366.00 engine!..

Well that's great. I didn't read the description. What a steal! I am in the process of hunting for a Kyosho Javelin, but they keep changing the restocking date to the next month. It is now November before they are back in stock ☹

Almost all their Legendary cars are at the top of my wishlist actually. Looking forward to pics, vids, etc of your new baby.

So today I made the trade with a great guy named Brad for the Proboat Blackjack 42" I won from Horizon Hobby. My son and I are now the proud owner of our first Kraton, and I have to say it is a much better truck than I was expecting! What an absolute beast! I just cannot wait for my son to try to carry it outside to give her a bash.

It came with M2C upgrades almost everywhere, Badlands tires, spare body, Savox high torque servo, etc. I just need to order some different batteries to fit in it, or change the connectors from XT90 to EC5's. Still debating on that one.

Yeah, it was a fun day out actually. I don't get out much because of the pain a car ride causes me (2 years since last trip out), but it was actually not a bad ride to and from. The guy asked me to give him $50 to boot for him having to drive almost 5 hours round trip. He is recently recovering from an accident where he got electrocuted by a power wire, so he is struggling with funds a bit like a lot of people are.

He drove off without the $50 and I got me a feel good moment when I called him and told him to come back and get his money. I think he was too excited to get the boat home to give it a run with his kids Anyway, just wanted to share because he was a great guy and you never know who you are going to meet when you do deals like this. But today was just an awesome day for a change.

I have a little extra bonus surprise for my kiddo when he comes back next week. He wanted this SCX24 so bad.

The extra chassis is for a future build. I thought it would be really fun to build an SCX24 from the ground up using aftermarket parts wherever possible.

And I grabbed some Amass EC5 connectors for swapping the Kraton over.

Those mini crawlers are a lot of fun. Might want to look into an upgraded servo. I burnt mine out after just a few runs in it.

Yeah, I have a gazillion micro servos lying around. That is the one thing I really don't need to buy for these trucks. I think the damn things are multiplyin. That's what I get for keeping them all in the same storage bin.
