Got an Initiator from Aero Tech rocket kit, its in the painting decaling phase, but it was pricey, but worth it. Got others.

Tempting but I'm gonna pass.

If I buy anything else before Christmas it will be Team Corally's new 4S Kagama ~ RTR for $380 (after their coupon) from RC Hobby Explosion

Bought more hardware lol. They are mostly aluminum and I kept stripping some because my new drivers still need to get broken in a bit. I also found out that when screwing into a locknut, screw the locknut into the screw, and not the other way around.

I took the kids down to our local(ish) Traxxas dealer and bought a mini maxx in blue. First Traxxas vehicle I’ve ever had, it will be available on the 29th. In person it looks like a stout little machine.

I bought a bunch of Xmas stuff. Presents, decorations and some really fuzzy, heavy throw blankets for our tv room.
Picked up a plastic divider box. I need more for a hardware order I'm placing soon too.
Found a Black and Decker mini screwdriver bit set. I'm not expecting much but I'm hopeful the nut drivers will be ok long term. $9 gamble!

Last year, I gifted my oldest son an Arrma Vendetta... and since then, he's bugged me to add a speed-runner to my own collection. Honestly they just really don't do much for me, but I thought a dual-purpose machine might be OK... but there aren't a lot of good candidates out there, IMO.

Today I dropped the hammer on a machine I hope (with a tire and pinion gear change) will beat the pants off the Vendetta and then can be useful off road after that. Time (and a bit of experimentation) will tell.
