This is my Thunder Tiger RoboHero, which holds a spot among my top three favorite hobby-grade humanoid robots. It features 17 motors, which are typical R/C servos. An Arduino-based controller manages these motors. You can communicate with the robot using any smart device, like a tablet or smartphone, via Wi-Fi. I am limited to using an old Samsung Galaxy S4 Active as the controller since the app to control it was removed from the app store.
