It says in their description "Great for RC ESC cooling"

The specs on these are crazy for 40mm fan. I have 120mm PC fans that dont move much more air than this. 65db is crazy loud too lol

Operating Supply Voltage: 12 VDC

Airflow: 29.3 CFM (0.83 m3/min)

Speed: 25000 RPM

Noise: 65 dBA

Power Rating: 18.3 W
Huh didn't notice that in the description. I wonder if it was added as so many of us bought them for that and are super happy with them lol. I know I sent a good 50+ sales their way or more sharing it on my channel and all over. And yes even on 7v it pushes more air than most fans, 12v it's crazy, works amazing to cool my speed rigs down or hard bashers.

Grabbed my first X-Maxx parts. Just the 4 HD upper arms, but plan to buy most of the other plastic stuff in a few weeks. Also grabbed a new Hotend and Bowden tube for my printer and a gearbox housing to get the Jato ready for rebuilding.

You guys got me wanting to build an xmaxx now lol.
It is actually going to be kinda fun. Have been enjoying the research and parts shopping. I am buying most of the plastics from Jenny's, aside from the HD arms and RPM carriers. I'll probably grab the axles, wheel nuts, and diffs from Jenny's as well. The rest will be hopups and a HW motor and ESC combo.

I wanted to grab all of the HD arms this month, but trying to keep enough held back for the USA-1. Kinda hoping it actually doesn't become available so I can grab more X parts this month 😉

I'm holding off buying any kits cuz I want the USA1 when it comes out too!

Fingers crossed man. I have a funny feeling a big Kyosho shipment is heading across the pond. When the current owner bought Kyosho, they had a business plan to improve product delivery of their kits. That announcement came right before the big shortage of Kyosho kits. I assume they were re-thinking a bunch of things before rolling out the new shipments. And the Kyosho YT channel has been buzzing a bit lately.

Perfect start to your Xmaxx build.

Prolly wont though. I'm not sure I want another 1/5 scale and if I did I'm not sure I wouldnt go for a gasser. The K8 is already in my way in the garage lol You guys are definitely making it tempting though. Stoners got Blue, you got green, and Kev is going orange.... I guess id have to go red if I got one lol

As far as I'm concerned, don't shy away from the 1/5 gasser. They are a kick in the arse. I really love my Rovan Baja 5b and have done several mods.
They are loud, they are big, they are fast, they are addictive and at the present time, they are lonely ... :D

Thats most likely what I would get if I were to get another 1/5. Plus I never had a gasser

I HIGHLY recommend the Rovan. You just can't beat the price and I have had zero issues with her.
I am still looking for some aluminum wheels for her because as you can see, there is chips broke out the rings and that happened the very first time out on the sand.
I'm not a fan of the aluminum arms but in this case I am buying a set because she is going to be a shelf queen and I have a ton of parts for a new one I can build.
The best mod for this one was the Q shorty kit. She loves to ride wheelies out on the sand dunes.. :)

Later boys and girls, I am going to buy some gas and head up Grouse hunting.
In my opinion they are the best tasting game bird there is...

Some of the dumbest easy birds to hunt too 👍🏼

I bought this Li-Ion battery jump start system the other day and I was mildly surprised to see it uses an XT90 connector. had to use this thing for the first time this morning to jump start my wifes car. The jump only used 4% of the units battery life. Next payday I think Ima order a second one to keep in my car :)

My SH18 carb cover finally came today, just need to wait for some screws to fix the pull start and mount the engine, then we will see if those camper runs or not!!!
Also ordered some EMA plastic weld glue as advised by the awesome @WickedFog to fix the Frankenstein project Shadow, so all in all a productive week!!!

As some of you may remember after I found out that Eagle Tree (the company that made the best RC data loggers ever) went out of business. I searched around for awhile and found another data logger made by Hyperion so i bought one and a couple of the RDUs (remote data units). Shortly after I started using it I discovered that the Hyperion data logger has been discontinued for years but you can still find all the parts and sensors etc. Since I'm not aware of any other stand alone RC data loggers in existance I order a bunch of spares so I have at least 2 of everything even the MDUs. The MDUs are just like the RDU only for mini rigs. doubt Ill ever use em but better to have em and not need em if you know what i mean. The only exception is the RDUs. I have 5 of those total know. I figure thats the most imporant part of the whole thing and the part thats actually mounted in the rig taking abuse.

Needed some more red 8AWg wire and decided to pick up some yellow 10AWg wire incase I ever wire a motor up using 10AWg wire instead of 12AWG. I figure one of these days Ill need it when I start swapping motors in 1/5 scales.

Tower Hobbies had these servo savers on sale for 30% off a week or two ago so I picked up a few of these. Havent tried em yet but HR usually has decent stuff and I like the fact they come with inserts to fit 23, 24, or 25T splines.

Found a good deal on this gently used Muchmore Fleta Pro V2 ESc and Programmer so I also picked it up to give it a try. Never used any Muchmore ESCs and my understanding is they make pretty good quality stuff so I figured it would be fun to check out.

That’s some cool gear mate

A steadycam! When it doesn't work I fix shaky footages with the help of Online Video Cutter which has this awesome functionality free of charge. And I don't even need to install any app on my PC since OVC is an online tool :)
That is an awesome service! I use it all the time when I need to make some quick arrangements with my vids.
Today I ordered a new cover for my Ipad Pro. It is also a Moshi. They offer great value for money, my opinion.
