walked in the door to chaos again. nice way to start week. F'n Monday morning man.
Best part about my work schedule is I’m off on Monday. 🤣

By the time I roll in Wednesday night, all the drama has passed and everyone’s mood has stabilized.

GD frat house took my GD parking spot again. and everyone's so spaced out my truck won't fit anywhere. had to park in the driveway. trash goes out tonight. not sure the barrels are going to fit between my truck and my next door neighbors truck. 🤬 :punch::rage:☣️☢️🏴‍☠️

Sounds like you need to move. I know we all live life differently but I can't imagine my neighbors living right on top of me. My closest neighbors driveway is 4 acres away.

Yea i couldn't imagine living that close to someone.....that's why there's so many shootings....everybody too close...and obviously they don't respect your space...mostly just thinking about themselves

the lots are all about 5000 square feet. houses are in the 1100 to 1800 range (with a few outliers). some have attached garages with a 2 car driveway some have detached garages with a 1 car wide 2 cars deep driveway. space isn't really bad. my driveway layout just sucks ass. both us and our next door neighbors have a 1 car wide by 2 cars deep driveway that are side by side. houses were built in the early - mid 50's. cars were smaller back then.
issue i have is the house across the street and over 1 is a 4 bed 2 bath and is rented by 4 college guys (allegedly, there may be 5 living there). at any given time there are between 5 and 8 cars over there. and they're about as considerate as a kick in the nuts. the way the driveways/curbs are laid out you should be able to fit 4 cars in front of my house and next door neighbors house (opposite the driveway). curb space is the same across the street. currently there are 2 cars on my side and 2 across the street parked so retarded you might be able to fit something Honda Civic sized in-between them. so 2 cars are taking up the space of 4 cars.
the bitch of it is we shouldn't really have an issue because across the street from me and on the other side of that house are single females. they own 1 car and park in the driveway. so, in theory, the frat house could easily park a car in it's driveway, 2 in the street in front of it, and one in front if it's next door neighbors house and stack up company behind them. but they're in there early 20's and that generation is entitled brain dead window lickers so here we are.
id love to move, buy a GD house. i mean hell I'm 42 and still live at my parents house. but do to my interests/hobbies i need a garage and work space and storage space and parking. so i need a house. houses in this neighborhood (which is a nothin special So Cal suburb) are a million bucks. if i went into a neighborhood where a fear of being robbed was a daily concern i could get down in the 800k range. which do to property taxes and insurance i still couldn't afford.

I live in a very tight neighborhood. I love it… neighbors are friendly, helpful, not argumentative and everyone leaves everyone alone.

I own a duplex and rent the bottom out as well. Not super thrilled about having a neighbor literally connected to me, but It helps with the mortgage and half the time I forget they even live down there. Good neighbors and most importantly… no HOA all makes the experience tolerable for sure.

Your very lucky to have good neighbors...thats generally not the case...and no HOA even better...nevervcould understand if your paying the property taxes...that means its yours but yet someone else can tell you what you can and can't do

do to a freshen up for curb appeal at the warehouse behind work, I'm being subjected to ranchera music at a high volume.
i hate ranchera music. its probably my second most disliked music. can't stand the stuff.
idk why they need it at that volume. i can hear it just fine 60 yards away. they're only 15 feet up a ladder. like wtf.

can't login to both of my work MS accounts entire day, now one of the customers I'm dealing with is threatening me to raise their case to the highest severity level which requires 24/7 monitoring from me

yeah as if you didn't break your own network configuration and now you're throwing a tantrum while I'm pulling my hair out trying to figure out what you broke, what a moron

Yep, those days suck. BUT, one of the best feelings is getting to tell a customer that they broke it, and you have proof to show them. So it's their issue, not yours.

If stupid people didn't exist, then we wouldn't need HOAs. Sadly, most people have the IQ of a turnip, so....

turnips are seriously insulted by that statement.
Well, look at them....
