Oh my goodness some days RC is really frustrating!

Trying to get some electronics sorted out for a few rigs and I cannot get my Castle links to work. I have two (because I lost one then found it), I tried three computers, one Win 7, Win 10 and Win 11.

I had one flash of life on my Microsoft Surface with one of them at the beginning, then it said the Link was updating and the two stopped talking.

The computers just say there's an error and they aren't allowing them to work.

I am at a complete loss as to what to do with these besides buy the latest version

I have not.

I will have to look for one. I kept it in the Castle BEC ziplock with the Link so I didn't think it was bad. I know I used it fairly recently (probably 6 months ago) to program an ESC.

Here's how I have always had it:

I chucked that cable in the trash.
Thankfully I had one in the box of cables everyone of us has.

slept like last night. woke up with a headache. coughed so much over the last 3 1/2 days my ribs hurt. currently at work still sick.
and to add insult to injurie as i was putting my contacts in this morning the damn power went out. i heard what sounded like a transformer blow and it was out maybe 20 seconds, you know, just long enough to F up all the clocks that were plugged in.

Mine did tgat a year or so ago and my computer crashed before I could figure it out. Hopefully you get it sorted.

Another user suggested I try a new cable.
Thankfully I had one kicking around and bingo bango, it worked.

I returned the new one I ordered from Amazon this weekend. Buggers tried to charge me to send it back.

I just selected a different option.
