Long story, but I am 100% right here. 20 years ago, I could call my doctor's office and explain my symptoms and they would call me in some antibiotics or something. My doc now would rather I call an ambulance to go to the ER than write me a $10 prescription without me going in to see him, which I absolutely cannot do at the moment. I know where I'm heading. A stay in the hospital with pneumonia if I can't get this butthead to get me on some antibiotics.

Traxxas has more drivers than TLR. Such a shame horizon. Traxxas doesn't even make a race chassis! That's how good they are...

I know the guy that ran Traxxas, he is the 1 percent in the graph. He really puts in the work. Much respect.

Drivers and racers tell designers how to make a model that sucks, unsuck... they help fine tune design, innovate, use lighter, faster materials and find flaws in designs BEFORE they get released to the public.

Its 'free' R&D AND adevrtising!!! Not just doctored youtube advertising but actual racers putting these thngs to TASK on a track, REGULARLY! Winning DOES still matter to a lot of ppl.

Team racers 'expenses' a double edged sword imo but in TLR's case, a deadly error in judgement I fear.

Traxxas can ride on their entry level RTR dominance, rep... until it is broken, if ever, or until ppl step up/away from RTR to build RACE level KITS...
They are sort of clashing worlds I think.

I like that they compete! ANY race entry is a GOOD race entry IMO!!!

This about sums things up....and likely continuing that trend into next week.

But I still would like to rant on why in 2025 can you not use two forms of payment for something. I was considering getting a new pixel phone, I talked with them and asked if I could my a gift card to pay a portion and my credit card to pay the remainder and got told, "sorry we couldn't do that" but maybe through a 3rd party company. Well, 3rd party is not running the sale you are buddy...so stupid. Oh well, they missed a sale.

I had a similar experience with Costco, except in my case I couldn't pay for my hearing aids with cash. I found it odd they'd rather eat the 4% credit card fee.

That doesn't make sense. I also never understood why insurance won't pay for hearing aids. Why is hearing "elective" rather than essential is beyond me.
