We have an in town card, a card we use for on line purchases and when we travel, and our Amazon card we use on Amazon and big purchases to get those amazon points.

After having a card compromised, we decided it was good to have multiples. It also makes it easier to track down where it was compromised if it happens again.
I would also do this, but Mrs. X just isn't as paranoid vigilant as I am. Some of our cards do offer single use virtual numbers to use for online ordering when you're unsure of a business.

Roommate giving me a panic attack. They kicked the heater on and I started smelling something weird. Turns out it was from the dust on the heater.
Our heat did similar. Had to investigate. 🤣

First time of the year is alway smelly when the heater comes on. :dead:

Don't envy that, I get that every now and then.
Same this side of the tracks.. Usually once every year or two.. -almost never while doing anything you’d think would cause it.. Serves me right for slacking off on my yoga. Never happens when I’m taking care of muhseff.. 🙄🤷🏻‍♂️

My toes on my right foot have been bothering me for a couple days. I've needed new running shoes, which I got yesterday. After my run today (which felt great in the new shoes), I slammed the already angry toes into our sofa.
Horrible pain.
I thought, this is it, this is the end...
🤣🤣

Yep, always something weird that triggers it. 🤷‍♂️

I've broken my pinky toe, I think more than once. I keep thinking it might be safer to have it removed. 🤣

🤣. It's still throbbing and swollen. hurts to bend, but I can bend it. So likely not broken. No shoes for me the rest of the day at least.

Probably from your over excitement for that new Fatboy edition.

What did the sofa do to deserve that?!
🤪
Hope they heal up quick.

As far as I know, the sofa attacked me! 😆
I'm thinking it's sprained or I fractured it. I'll know more if/when it bruises. 🙄

I once broke my pinkie toe, 5th metatarsal, while jumping rope of all things. 😂

A friend of mine told me to wrap a towel around my foot and ankle and soak it with apple cider vinegar and wrap that with plastic wrap and leave it for a couple of hours.

When I went to remove the wrap, my toes that weren’t covered and above my shin that also wasn’t covered, were completely bruised purple. To my astonishment, there was no bruising under the wrap and my foot felt better and I stopped wearing the foot cast.

I hope you feel better. 😊

damn NiMH packs for my Dromida MT won't charge at anything higher than .3 amps. got me feeling like I'm 12 and waiting for my 9.6v tyco pack on the 4 hour charger. like wtf.

update:
iv been trying to charge batteries sense 11 this morning. it's now 3:40 and the batteries still aren't charged. one's close, but idk about the second one. idk wtf is wrong, i used to charge these packs at 1.5amp but now they won't charge at anything over .3 amp. beyond that they work fine. this sucks.

well one battery is finally charged! and now the 2n1 in the truck i was going to run is toast. so yeah... after 5 hours of dealing with battery's i didn't get to run anything today.

i knew it was just a matter of time, those 2n1's in those Dromida's were pure crap. and i had already bought a receiver. but now instead of just looking into replacing the 2n1 i actually have to.

why can't things just work? why does everything have to be 3 steps forward, 1 step back, 1 step sideways, and a swift kick in the nuts?
