For a week & a half, the gauge cluster in my car has been chimen' rear tire psi low. I pump it up, it goes down. Gets to 17-19 psi & stops. Drop by the tire store after work, nail in the L rear. I remember running over something in the road, like a bunch of debris. That chime is annoying 🤨 $10 bucks to plug it.
This is an honest place. Keep doing business with them.

I've done around 7 plugs, to 4 different family vehicles in the past 3 years. At least, none of those were for my vehicle. The job is fairly easy, thanks to my $80 Harbour Freight jack, I've had for +10 years. It takes just seconds to get that one affected wheel off the ground.

It's a small town one guy owner tire shop. Honest fellas work there. He's had my business for years. The $10 was fine! I was more annoyed w the chime 😆

Low tire pressure chime would be super annoying!

Another small USPS rant. Ordered my Redcat Ascent Scout II. It was supposed to arrive yesterday, but did not and now the updates haven't gotten vague again..."in transit to next facility". Seems all shipments are a struggle these days.

I was expecting delivery on a new airgun yesterday, but it appears UPS has lost my package at their facility, just about 20 miles away from me. Tracking says it's been at that facility for more than 2 days.

Ugh...UPS too? That's such a bummer. I try to consciously find the locations where I purchase anything from thinking that would help, but clearly I'm 0-2. 🙄 I'm excited to get it, but not in a rush, so it's okay, it just annoys me they can't hold any of their delivery dates.

We're fortunate in that all of our delivery services are typically very good here. Packages arrive on time and in undamaged conditions. But every now and then, 💩 happens 🤷

just did 2 tequila shots on an empty stomach. my stomach is warm, not sure if I'm going to 💩 myself or throw up. moral of the story don't do shots of tequila from an open bottle that's been sitting on your kitchen floor in front of the microwave stand for who knows how long...

Sounds like a fun start to the night either way! Don't forget to snort salt and squeeze a lime in your eyes! 🤣

I had a little ziplock bag of Traxxas shock preload clips for the slash/rustler and I cannot find them. I literally had them in my hands last night. Ugh.

It will come around some day
Did you by any chance dream you were eating little Oreos last night? 🤔

I have body clips, o-rings, various set screws, and a number of other small things that I have no idea where I put them.

I thought it was bad when I lost an e-clip that shot across the room! 🙄🤣

I look for my glasses for hours because they are hard to find on top of my head. 🙄
never gone that long, but i have done that with sunglasses once. i always wear a backwards baseball hat. i normally put my sunglasses on backwards under the bill of my hat when not needed. this time for whatever reason i put them on top of the bill. looked around for a couple minutes before knocking the hat off looking for the sunglasses, oh crap there they are. :hehe:
done it a few times with safety glasses to. forgot i was wearing them. that didn't take long.

but so far my favorite is the lost lexan scissors. had them in my right hand. needed them, started to look for them. put them in my left hand to move stuff around in my tool box to look for them. looked for them. didn't find them. then opened a drawer of random RC stuff in the workbench to look for them. set them down on the workbench and looked through the drawer. then had a "oh wtf you dumbass" moment :hehe:

iv also done the start looking for one thing only to get side tracked and start looking for another thing only to get side tracked again and not need or find ether one.
or the one where you forget what you were looking for and give up.
