The grocery store I go to provide baggers. I place my items on the belt according to the order I would like things to be put in.
A good bagger will get it and put things in accordingly, a dopey bagger will get me giving them bagging instructions, sometimes with a little education on why I don't want that 5lb bag of potatoes on top of my berries, grapes, and/or bread 🙄
The items were bagged just fine. It was the delivery moron that stuck the stuff in the tote I sat outside that put EVERYTHING in the tote in reverse order.

I had a co worker order soup from a restaurant on DoorDash once. He said they put the soup directly in front of his screen door, making it so he couldn’t open his front door to retrieve the soup without knocking it over. He had to go out the back door, walk through 2 feet of snow to the front of the house to retrieve his soup 😂

Well, I blame this on your coworker. Should have order real food, like an extra large, loaded Philly cheese steak sub with fries.

i had problems filing my taxes last year. some low life sub human a-hole tired to file a false return with my SSN. so i went through 5 months of hell getting it straightened out. so this year I'm paranoid. i just filed and they were accepted. now I'm paranoid cause things never go smoothly for me after incidents like that (hell things never go smoothly for me period no matter what). so my anxiety level about it is sky high. like wtf, it just worked? so now I'm waiting for the jump scare. I'm not letting my guard down.

To be fair, it's disrespectful to a Philly cheese steak to not watch it be made in real time and eating it fresh off the grill. The primordial destruction of a steak sandwich overloaded with cheese and peppers in a public environment with people judging you is part of the experience. 🤤

Did he go in through the front or walk back around? 🫠

This experience is doubled if you sport a heavy beard!

Omg

They can never get their mind straight. Changed it again? 2 date changes are my limit. I'm calling the police on this. Not acceptable at all. Disappointing actually. 🤣🤣🤷🤦

Wouldn't had been like this if DC didn't take 2 whole days to process the thing.

And yea when they say alert for different areas it's actually the whole nation so. Even more false Advertisement! This should go to court.

I want my motors 😭😭

I can't stand grocery shopping. I too one for the team and I went today instead of the hubby (granted it's the day be superbowl), so that was already stupid. I'm an introvert, so people generally annoy me and then crowds are just the worst. I felt like everyone was in my way today. Thankfully I've continued to listen to my audiobooks when I shop and that helps with being around people.
Upside, got myself a much needed bottle of Riesling as a reward for my efforts. Lol.

I am getting to be the same way. I hate being around people. Being disabled and homebound makes that problem non existent for me at least. Always look on the bright side I guess 🤪

I want my motors 😭😭
The entire USPS needs a hard reset. When I order things from China it takes 48 hours for them to process the order, get it to a port and have it hit the US. Then it takes 3-4 weeks to go from one end of the US to me.

Since this is the appropriate thread and I can rant, I'm going to. USPS employees in my area at least, are the laziest bunch of workers I've ever met. They don't even put in enough effort for minimum wage IMHO... All the people working inside at the 3 USPS locations near me should all be fired and replaced. Every single one of them. If it wasn't a federal job, none of them would even have a job. I'm sure management is too lazy to actually fire anyone actually, since that would require them to do their job. I wish more places would allow me to choose FedEx or UPS over USPS because I would every single time. Most of the time though it seems USPS is the only option which is unfortunate. I would actually hesitate to put USPS down on my resume if I worked there.

To be clear, I'm not upset because my packages take a few days extra to get delivered. I'm not a child and have patience. My issue is when I get a notification that my package couldn't be delivered because the mailbox is obstructed when I've been home all day, never saw a USPS truck and you could pull up a full size city bus in front of my mailbox with room to spare. They just didn't feel like doing that part of their route and lied. The best is when you actually try to mail something in the physical location... it's like watching a sloth move.

Anyways, rant over.

I know I get annoyed to easily, it's just in my DNA. Haha. I always try to find the silver lining, like getting hot wheels for the kiddo and/or some wine for myself. 😜

I'm about the same. No crowds. I don't get anxious- just don't like people in my way. Can't stand Walmart. Never go there. Luckily there's a small hometown grocery store close & it's never crowded. I live alone & shopping is easy now that the kiddos are grown. Plus the little grocery store has local produce that's really good.
