[Doom!]

Just got done picking up broken glass. Was crouched down and when I stood up, I put my head through a tempered glass shelf.

Thank god I didn’t cut my head open. I was so disoriented and confused, I thought it was legos

Glad ther were no injuries other than your pride. I've done my share of what the heck was that and how did I get here maneuvers too.

I've hit chandeliers, a 2x4 across a gate entry at about 6.5 feet up, and an aluminum hurricane shutter that folds up. Both of those caused blood with a hat on.. hot my head getting in the trucks a few times.

I damn near knock myself out every time I drive my Honda. I’m pretty sure my local bank has watched me on my hands and knees in the parking lot clutching my head multiple times.

I’m not even tall, I’m 5’10” so I can’t even use that as an excuse. I’m just clumsy

I brained myself on the latch on the hatchback of my ford escort once, luckily no stitches, but one heck of a lump with a pretty good gouge. Sat me right on my backside while I looked at all the pretty stars.

My first rant, why didn’t any of you stop me from taking my rc10gt apart???!!??? Noooo I had to just make sure it was in good shape and now every bearing, every screw, every part I’ve looked at is jacked up and needs replaced.. aaarrrrrghhhh! If would have never looked I would be bashing in ignorant bliss lol. Ok I feel better thanks lol

Just spent around $100 on parts and it’s clean now, according to eBay rules it’s worth about 8 grand. As long as the parts are lined up nice in the pics lol

I've been into obscure, hard to find, rare, vintage... some ppl want to move stuff, help a guy out... Other ppl are willing to take offers. I always try that to save a few or get a deal on multi parts from same seller.
Then there are ppl who finf a pile of used and broke r/c crap at the bottom of a 25 year old pit bag... they post it as "Rare, discontinued or vintage" parts. Those words almost always add $20 or more to the price of EVERYTHING!
Great news tho!!! I have a GT upstairs thats just dying for spring!
This might be my nitro year!

Yeah. I got a few dead solders to revive here.
Hopefully I'll get some use out of them!
I loved running nitro but my apartment wasn't the best place for high speed r/c.
Now we are moved and a nice big yard to run in.
I have picked up a few other on road and rally cars that I want to run too.
I was all excited to race 1/10 scale carpet this year but my local track moved another 25 mins south of me. Not sure if that will work out for me. Haven't been to a race in a long time now.
I've been building a couple to race over the winter... I need to get these cars finished so I can get going on more!

I'm in the same boat. Item has gone to two different GA locations 2xs, twice in a week. Back n forth. Was scheduled for delivery Tuesday. This past Tuesday. Still in limbo. Like a revolving door.

Those of you who are able to go out and do your own grocery shopping, be very thankful. The idiots out there in this world will bring your groceries and pile everything heavy on top of your bread and tomatoes.

Literally - a bag of buns, leaf lettuce, and roma tomatoes placed in the bottom of the tote, then they piled a 4lb bag of sugar, 12 canned items, a gallon of milk and a gallon of sweet tea, along with a 90oz frozen lasagna on top of it. How stupid does someone have to be to do that?

The grocery store I go to provide baggers. I place my items on the belt according to the order I would like things to be put in.
A good bagger will get it and put things in accordingly, a dopey bagger will get me giving them bagging instructions, sometimes with a little education on why I don't want that 5lb bag of potatoes on top of my berries, grapes, and/or bread
