Tekno RC introduces the new MT48 2.0 monster truck

I currently own a Tekno EB48SL and a MT410 2.0. I've built and bashed the og mt410, but it never quite did it for me. I converted it into a ET48. This MT48 is definitwly intriguing and looks like it would pair noce with some dboots backflips.

doesn't the Arrma Outcast claim the "stunt truck" title?
with all the backflips and skate park stuff we do with them now calling them stunt monsters is accurate.

I’d say so, though technically the Outcast 6s is gone, now it’s the Notorious. Yet both existed at one time. I think the Arrma drivetrain is more robust, but Tekno wins everywhere else.

I'm so disappointed that the Hobbywing EzRun MAX8 G2S ESC won't fit

I've ordered the car, but need to work out which electronics to get. In the AMain video they used this Castle combo, but it's really expensive (and out of stock everywhere) in the UK!

We run that castle combo in in our og mt410. They are typically designed around tekin electronics

The “hottest” 6s combos I own are TC Torox 185 w/ Tenshock or VXL8s (on 6s) with a Rocket 4092. Powered by Ping-Pong batteries from Amazon.
Fastest rc’s on the block! Though I have yet to see another rc on my block in 15 years!

It looks like the Tekin stuff isn’t waterproof, so I have to rule it out unfortunately.

Guess it’ll have to be a Castle setup then.

A MAX8 G2 will fit in a MT410 V1. I know this because I ran one in my Daughter's truck for a long time. You mount it rotated 90 degrees/sideways. We'll know for certain in about a week because that's the ESC I plan on using.

I’ll hold off until then Fingers crossed that it fits because I can’t find the Castle Monster X in stock anywhere here in the UK.

Hoping someone can help because I'm a bit confused (as always).

I want to order the front and rear sway bars, but the manual isn't super clear. On page 24 it says you need TKR9017B but that part is already listed on pages 5 and 6, so is it already in the box?

The same goes for part TKR1601. It's listed on page 24, but it's also shown on page 16.
