I found the truck's weak spot. I've been killing the A block every 2-3 battery packs. I've killed a lot of A blocks so far. I have a set of ADUs on order.

Those composite covered steel braces were a concern of mine with the SCT410 2.0 platform. I'm just guessin' if they just designed them with more material in the center section of the braces, it would've been okay? Back to the drawing board.

Any time I had a questionable break... contacting the company is a must. Not being nasty, I'll just give 'em a heads up and something to keep tally with. Maybe they'll do a running change if enough issues are noted. 🤔

With Tekno, I keep all broken/worn parts for larger warranty order. For what to do with your A blocks, I'd be asking Tekno, "Do you want these cost cutting things, or what? I sure don't." :p😆

huh, have you tried not crashing? its usually easier on parts. just sayin'
I'm still working on that one.

I like the truck, but Tekno cheaped out on some parts (compared to the OG MT410) and the price for me doesn't really reflect that. Replacement (alloy w/ inserts) ABCD blocks and diff cross pins alone add nearly $150 to the price. I was tempted when Tower had them at 25% off a few weeks back, but that upgrade ticket price just turned me off.

I gave it my best try to love 4s but just couldn't do it. I've passed the truck off to my Daughter who is a true Tekno head. I'm converting it from an off brand Arrma to a true Tekno, smaller wheels, sway bars, and a more appropriate diff setup.

So here's my question, what are all of you using for sway bars on your MT48s?
