i spend about 1/4 of the time of a build sorting the hardware out on average.

this is tenth scale duratrax max, overdrive, megatech razor, great vigor p190,

from years of dismantling them. (Bic lighter for size reference)

i can't reasonably show my duratrax 8th scale tub of hardware in frame, or want to spend a week to do so...

gotta have proper stuff to put the builds together, anal about it...

I had all that in the bottom of my toolbox friday. Decided to start cleaning up. 😂 can't ever have too many screws.

Those are the best. I call it character.
the state refers to it as "Delusional, explosive disassociative personality disorder with episodes of semi unconscious homicidal ideations... I swear they just make up all of it, it is irrelevant i was Elvis Presley for 45 days wearing a lovely tightly fit white outfit...

🤣🤣 describes alot of states and gov.s right now.

Our daddy may have advanced delusionary schizophrenia with involuntary narcissistic rage, but he is a very gentle person!

Back in 2007 or so, I got lazy and tossed everything in my toolbox. As I carried it into the house, I heard hissing. I had a full can of anodize blue spray paint, and the trigger was pressed. I had clumps of paint and screws for weeks, after 8 years the last cluster broke free. I still find a blue screw or blue mist on a part from time to time.

Need to organize all those screws and what-not. I keep all of mine in parts organizers separated by size and head type.

Inside each drawer I use little zip lock baggies to keep em separated by head type
