no bouncer thread?

Been feeling the crawler/bouncer vibe lately. Got me a Ryft that's still in the process but running. Looking forward to getting some tips and tricks.
I saw somewhere the question on the best way to widen the track on the Ryft and thought I would share what I found to be by far the best around.
