My nitro slash won’t idle without spending the wheels even when the idle speed screw is set as low as possible. I think it might be the clutch but I have no clue. The
If your clutch is malfunctioning that could cause that issue. Id tear the clutch down and inspect the shoes, springs, shims etc and see if anything looks messed up.

Welcome to RCT. What engine does your slash have in it. The trx engine usually have a slit movement to the engines while in idle. Is this a new nitro or one you have had ?
Like my 2.5 has slight jump to it in idle
Is the throttle servo holding the carb slightly open when in idle position? The idle position screw is usually just a stop. You have to adjust the servo trim to close the carb to the new position if you change it.

I wouldn't use the trim on controller to adjust the idle. It's probably completely out of adjustment. If he has been messing with that screw the carbslide could have popped out of its track. I personally would put everything back to factory settings. And then start over rdrom there. But don't know what engine he's talking about. Pro .15. 2.5, 2.5R. Which the only one thats different t is the .15 the other ones are the same
