Today,i change My ta03 for a hpi savege 4.6,but the savage didn't use since 8 year,the seller says "for time and fuel"also the car has a transmisión of 3 velocitys,without reverse,but the positive in general the car is ok,what i need for this car Star? Because the plan A is fix the engine,ande the plan B is a conversión to 6s....

Take it apart and use nitro fuel to degunk and lube it up. Be gentle as to not scratch the piston and sleeeve.

Yes, you can and should clean the engine.
I would remove the engine from the Savage.
You want to flush the engines internals out as the oil in old fuel residue left in the engine has probably congealed and gummed up the works.
Note - I always run (drive) my tanks dry to avoid this issue - engines will not be gummed up and still turn over even after long periods (like years) of sitting idle.

There is a quick and dirty method where you just remove the carb and glow-plug and try and flush out the internals by feeding denatured alcohol into the intake throat. Cover the exhaust and add the alcohol and then let it pour out the exhaust.
Do this several times and see what and how much gunk comes out.
This method sometimes cleans up and frees up an engine enough for you to turn it over by hand.

OCD (going overboard) method:
Clean the exterior before doing any disassembly.
You want the exterior clean as to not contaminate the interior.
Ultimately, you are going to give it a bath in the denatured alcohol with the internals exposed.

Before cleaning, I would plug the carburetor and exhaust port with a wadded-up paper towel to keep any debris out of the internals.
I use a can of commercial aerosol like nitro blast or gun cleaner (to clean the exterior (the outside)) along with Q-tips and an old toothbrush.
The engine does not have to be spotless - but you want it to be clean and not shedding dirt particles for the next step.

Next step:
Remove the carburetor, cooling head, and backplate (clutch-bell and clutch shoes and their bearings too - if applicable).
Watch out for any small pieces that may jump out when you remove the backplate - there may not be any - but some engines have a small spring and pin that fit into the crankshaft. Do this step over a tray or a towel.
Put a couple of inches of denatured alcohol into a container big enough to dunk the engine into.
I use plastic take out soup containers from our local Chinese restaurant.

Soak it for about 30 minutes and watch the crud come out.
It may need multiple soaks, but you should be able to turn it over after the first soak.
I repeat the process until it feels right (clean and smooth when I turn it over) and no more crud or flakes or particles come out after the soak.
I'll change or filter (coffee filter) the denatured alcohol at some point too.
You want the inside to be squeaky clean with no junk flowing out of the engine and into the alcohol.
You can also soak the carb (not at the same time / in the same bath as the engine). Do it seperately.

I would also clean and flush out the fuel tank too.

Put the engine back together.
New glow plug.
Reinstall the engine in the Savage.
New batteries.
Fuel it up and try and start it.
