I've got an H10 optic on the way. I am looking at what Motor combo I should go with. I'm wanting some Trail speed that will give me a Little jumping power to Clear the Ground over Humps and Such. Don't want just all out crazy speed though cause I want to still Crawl. I know I can go down in pinion gear to get more speed. Any ideas on what will fit my wants?

This link is to the 2850kv. I have the 2280kv on 3s in my Optic and it is fast enough for me. You want more speed, so the 2850kv should be a good fit. Just mt 2 cents.
I have the copperhead with both motors. The 2850 as said should have you rollin.

But I don't want just a lot of speed, Just enough to do some small hump Jumps or Root Jumps. I don't want anything to Sail 2 ft in the air. That defeats the purpose of crawling/Trailing. Just something with some punch For small jumps

Is this one not the Same thing? 164 compared to 204?

That 2850kv will give you a manageable good speed and still have plenty of low end control for crawling.

As for cheaper, you can go sensorless but it will be very twitchy at low speeds and may cog.

You could also go with a hobbywing 1080 and maybe a

The one I posted above says it's sensored

I just took a look and it looks to be the same. That is a great deal.
Yeah I thought so too I Think I'm gonna go ahead and order it.
They all should be sensored. Sometimes I run mine sensorless, sensor wire unplugged. Tgats a great deal there if it's legit.
It's sold by Amazon so I'm assuming it's legit. Hard to pass that up

I ordered a max8/2200kv motor from Amazon a few years ago. After it not showing up after a month i messaged the seller. They sent another one. Another month went by... two legit max8 combos showed up! Win win for me.

In the box is usually a free coupon for a programming card. Use it. Make sure it's the one that supports the copperhead. You can fine tune alot of stuff.

I second that! Hook that ESC up to your computer and it has great adjustability. My favorite part about the castle ESC is the auxiliary wire. I always use it to switch between crawler mode and rock racer mode. Crawler mode is full drag brake and forward/reverse and rock racer mode turns off the drag brake and set movement to forward/brake/reverse. All you need is one extra channel.

I'm gonna put this truck on my RadioLink with my DB48. I will be able to run both those off the same Radio. I have my TRX4 setup on a Flysky

That castle creations says it comes with Bullet plugs, Does that mean I will have to solder whichever Plug I'm gonna use with my batteries?

Correct. You need to solder a plug of your choosing. Or have a hobby shop do it.
