Out getting the final testing sessions buttoned up on these RC4WD Wrangler MT tires, and I have to say that the Optic set up with portals really shines on the trail. I can't imagine Vanquish not dropping a portal version some time in 2026.

Do you notice if the portals help it not get stuck on its skid as much?

Absolutely.! The portals help get the skid up, and off of the rocks, and also keep the links, axles and diff housing up as well.

I see Amain and Vanquish both are "sold out", backordered... definitely makes you wonder if something's fixing to happen

We've built a pair of portal 2.2" Optic, one with 4WS and one drag. Custom links and a few small tweaks, and they are awesome. If Vanquish doesn't drop a version, we will probably offer a complete conversion kit.
