How's the weather been?

After climbing onto my icy shed roof, last week, to clean off the last snow dumping, it occurred to me: a roof rake is less hassle than pulling out the extension ladder; working from the ground and wayyyy safer than standing on a sloped, icy roof.
So, picked one up yesterday. I'll be Christening it later on today.
Got this one at a salvage store for $25(?) a couple years ago. Def a smart investment!
Our roof is 45° so not even trying to climb up on it in winter! 😲🤕🤣

Ooohh heat wave!

Luckily, we won't be getting that storm that's coming up the east coast, to add onto that major dumping last weekend. And temps are going to go up again to the normal 30's, which will help to melt the coating of snow/ice left on my driveway.

How are your ice roads, right now?
It all had about melted & gone. Only a few places had ice left. Now its snowing on top of all that. Ground is saturated with water. This is BIG flake snow, no ice. It's pretty. It's coming down pretty heavily now. Looks like we'll get 5" snow.
