Nah. I watched a lot of his live streams, just to have some background noise. I never was a big fan of his regular channel, because he puts on that crazy persona. But his live streams are cool. He even gave Breydon a shoutout in one of his vids, when I told Kev to holler at him to wake him up, and he did

I think its absolutely awesome that these guys have made money with RC and youtube. But that does make them part of the promotion plan too.
I enjoy watching their vids sometimes but following their (all paid or otherwise promoted youtubers) advice without keeping this in mind is a mistake.
I personally agree. I think Kevin's 1:1 MT vids put into perspective that hes just a real guy like the rest of us. It does seem that his RC vids are indeed a bit of an act.
I think some of these ppl are just real ppl making vids about the cars they love but I also believe there are paid product advertisers posing as 'real ppl' too.
Even those vids are ok to watch, just don't believe it all. See the product and at most, keep it mind that 1 person really liked it... not 'youtuberxyx is god and he says its good so I'm buying it right now!'

I value all of RCTALK's opinions about a crawler FAR more than I would a youtube vid review.
Since I still don't own one, I feel like when I do buy, I can get really good info from real ppl here on the forum and actually ask questions too. Thats big for me at least.

That’s a long story. It’s a nickname I received years ago. I’m in law enforcement and also teach wrestling and self defense. Often times I’ve had to deal with “pain” to get the job done.
