All the storm folks on YT are watching the part of the storm that's heading right for me. It's pretty scary. I already told Breydon where to go if chit hits the fan. I just know I don't want to be in my apartment if it hits. There's a cinder block structure behind dollar general, where their dumpster is. I think that's the only safe place I could get to, and that's likely a 10 minute walk for me with my cane on rough terrain.

Oh my geez yes it's been horrible. I couldn't even see out the windshield when I went to the post office about an hour ago. I pulled out the driveway & punched it & a sheet literally flew over my car- I could see it bellow off the back spoiler- not kidding

Yesterday I was miserable. Both eyes watering shut, running nose- No- pouring nose- like a faucet. I took 4xs the Zyrtec yesterday than I should have. Reckon pollen-it affects fish gills?

We had a decent thunderstorm this afternoon, to bad I was at work. It never does it when I can enjoy it.

These past couple weeks have had some scary stuff around my area. From a tornado that just missed me by a quarter mile, to the big storm that narrowly missed me this past Sunday with some large hail and such. Now, the bad one they have been predicting since last Friday is on it's way.

Notice the "long-track EF3" part. That's the really scary bit.

This storm system is feeding through the jet stream in the direction of this red arrow. But the whole system and jet stream is strafing eastward as well, following the blue arrows. So at some point, it will be like 3 hours of non-stop stormy weather with really high winds and extreme hail, with tornado activity mixed in. This is current.

The predicted danger zones... red is really scary. Pink, which you rarely see is when a storm typically makes national headlines.

This is predicted development at 11am. This line of storms is projected to increase in strength throughout the day and night. Anyone in this path should be paying attention to their weather today.

4 now. 1.75" hail in Jackson TN, and heading NE. Actually there are two tornado warnings near Jackson, with one more tracking their way

Totnado near Jackson is a big one it looks like.


All these with lines are storm cells. All heading my way. Tornados form in these cells. Getting a bit worried over here.

My kid has been without power since Wednesday evening. Their power company doesn't know when they will get it restored, or even why their power is out. It just says "Unknown" for the reason for the outage But it's not just them. Half of Evansville is without power, and they have some bad flooding goung on already, and more rain hitting the area.
