I bet you hit 120° by the end of summer.

Probably 113F. It's not so much how hot it gets, so much as how long it stays hot without any breaks. When you get a month straight of 100F+ with no breaks. then it will cool down to the mid 90's for a week, then rinse and repeat.

Just hoping they keep power outages to a minimum this year. And it won't be long, and forest fire season contributes it's share of fun. I really don't like summer. :p

My state messes with me like that too.

Yeah, I would not enjoy that at all. But that fire stuff is happening all over. Even Alaska has had a lot of fires in the last few years. It'll be a desert west of Colorado before too long.

You have to run them early in the morning. When the lows are in the 80's anything after 10:00 and your esc is going to over heat.

When I first got my Mojave and didn't know any better, I kept reaching thermal cutoff. I couldn't figure out why it would only run for 5 minutes before it stopped. What a Noob! 🤣

Not good, this was one of the Company's buildings after the storm this morning.
My building was without power until after 2pm... now just have to make sure all of my equipment is good for tomorrow.

We had another Tornado wreak havoc on the weekend. More roofs displaced and trees uprooted. One of the old Taverns was wrecked. Nobody seriously injured or killed that I'm aware of.

Luck for us, it only damaged our some of our plants.

I know right. Thats 2 tornadoes in 3 weeks.
Geez! Weather pattern is shifting. Next thing you know, you guys will be getting blizzards 🙁
Well, if that should ever happen, it'll be a great excuse to get one or 2 of these..

Back in 2010, our capital city, Perth had a huge hail storm. It's known as "The Great Perth Hail Storm of 2010". Hail the size of golf balls and bigger. Around 40,000 cars were written off and thousands with superficial damage. Hundreds of car yards and car parks full of cars, destroyed. Not to mention all the buildings that were damaged. It took years to repair everything. Long waiting times for panel and paint shops and glaziers.
Estimated $1.08 billion of damage.

Wow!

@WickedFog just calls that Wednesdays 🤪

I wonder if all those dimples makes for better speed and handling on that Subaru 🤔

Golf ball size, we stand outside with our drink glass hoping to catch one before getting knocked out 😝

I actually watched a guy get hit by a softball sized hail ball right in the shoulder blade. Knocked him right off his feet and he had to scramble to get back in the shop. He was off work for 3 days recouperating.

Lol.
They call it golf ball hail because that's what it turns your car into.
