I just went by one of my neighbors house & he's got a 72' Buick Sylark. I've not seen it before. He was out there tinkering on it. It's either faded black or dark navy blue. Aftermarket wheels.

license plate seems legit. it's hard to tell cause it's raining and my windshield was wet. but no reg, no state, no month, hand painted letters/numbers. blue paint is the wrong shade. and this is California and that's a food truck so they'll never get pulled over or hassled for it.
