I had ordered a subscription to that magazine in July. Received two issues - July and August then no more. I can't find a way to contact them - the email contact they show doesn't work. No phone number that I can find. They have sent offers for renewals, so they seem to have some record of me.
Does anyone else subscribe to this? Is it even worth while?

Had the same issue here. They combined September and October into one issue and then sent it to me last week. Give it a week and if nothing then I'll look into it more. I've been on it since January of 2024 and I've liked it. Exposes you to new products and some good tips for working on cars. Also bringing back old articles from the 80's and 90's is a thing they're doing this year. Give it till you need renewal and if you don't like it just don't renew 🤷‍♂️. No point in cancelling before then because you're still paying for however long you got it.

Thats actually where I first saw the associated RB10 and I liked it a lot so I got one for myself

You sure it's not just set to auto pay and keeps charging you for it?

This is actually quite comical

They SUCK. The reviews read like paid infomercials and Traxxas can do no wrong. I subscribed for 10 years but not any more.

THAT sucks! They were my favorite magazine when I was a kid! There was a smaller one too. They were more tuned to racing and I can't think of the name but I could get lost in those 2 magazines all month, every month!!! 😍

I don't know where they found their photographers back I'm the day but they could make just about ANY RC look like it was the newest, baddest, have to have...
I STILL remember some of the cover cars! 🤣

RC Driver. They're online now. They're still pretty good, they show the good, the bad, and the ugly. I like their honesty.

I realize almost all print magazines (and paper catalogs) have gone sort of extinct. I like to try and support the ones that are left...but I have to admit the content in the two issues I got wasn't all that great.
I can't blame them for sort of catering to the companies that advertise with them, but like Ramp Addict said, the reviews do seem like infomercials. They could do better.
I hope I get some more issues eventually, - not being able to email or call them is really lousy business practice!

i had that complaint back in the late 90's and very early 2000's. haven't read an issue sense January 2002 (bought it cause it came with a poster if i remember right)

i let my subscription expire in October or November of 2001 because 99% of what was in it was less valuable than used toilet paper. i didn't even read the last few issues i got. got it in the mail and just tossed it in the pile.

For about the last year I would browse the pictures then toss it in the recycling bin. I used to subscribe to mountain bike action too. They're butt kissing their advertisers too now. High Torque Publications as a whole has gone downhill.

Their former Sr. Editor is a public figure within the online community and he’s a major asshat. And by that, I mean a pretentious know-it-all who is never wrong and mocks people for asking questions.

I loved the magazine when I was a kid. I even had a few cars featured in Readers Rides. I won’t even give it chance these days.

I had the joy of lining up next to him and beating his doors off at the 2022 Solid Axle Showdown. In real life, he’s a passive shy-guy but, boy, don’t let him get behind a keyboard. That’s when he’s brave. 😂
