traxxas stampede

Hey guys So after having and bashing my new stampede the past few days I feel like if it had a wider stance i would be ALOT more stable and less prone to flipping so much. So essentially what I am looking for is maybe longer A-arms or something that would help me get that wider wheel stance...

is there a big difference in the first gen stampede and the newer ones. i have a chassis with a-arms the chassis is grey and i found one used cheap that has a black chassis. and i also have a xl-5 esc. the black chassis one is complete. just curious. thanks shaun

I tried to fire up my stampede today, for first time in about a week, and it will turn over, but won't fire and start. I have cranked for about a total of 20 minutes, adjusted the air/fuel ratio, it was spitting gas out the exhaust, but no longer is, any help is appreciated.

Got my stampede today...well. I have the battery in, controller, etc. It steers fine and everything, except when I give it gas, it wants to make a grinding noise? And it jumps a bit. I changed the Spur gear and the pinion, but that didn't do anything. Any ideas?
