when i take my pipe off should there be fluid come out of the end that attaches to the motor and i dont mean just a little its about 1 1/2 bottle caps thanks

This is a TSAI pipe and i was wondering if it is a good performance tuned pipe and if not what do you recomend? One thing i dont like is that the exhaust spew gets all over the tire
