Now that i have this revo throttle linkage sorted out, can you guys post pics of your BB revo exhaust routing? I would LOVE to keep the rear exhaust as i do not want to cut up the body for a side exhaust, however i am open to suggestions. I currently have an HPI polished Pipe off of a 5.9xl.
PICS WOULD HELP ALOT.

Here's what I've got.

it is a side pipe, i dont see you running a proper size big block pipe under the body and behind the engine.

Thanks a bunch dude. It looks like i am going to have to go with a side exhaust, would have to cut up a nice body, but it looks like i have no choice. BTW, you're like a Revo Picture Encyclopedia. You're the man.

Well, haha can't say much really.

I use to know about every tip and trick for the revo.
Use to race them and as you can see, i had one for bashing as well.
I was always finding out new tips and tricks with these trucks.

Havent owned a revo in about 2 years now.
I'm big into r/c boats now.
Some day i'll own another revo that will be one tough beater.
I dont see myself getting back into the racing scene with trucks.
But i would enjoy having another one with the Axial .28rr.

Thank you for all your help guys. Z and Olds get ready to have your PM box full by my questions. Sorry. ;) Another thing is, even with the axial spec 1s with 3 puck shoes on the clutch, this thing is too damn insane. I just don't know if i am experienced enough to handle all that damn power in such a nimble truck. Spec1s in the savage was manageable since its such a beast of a truck, in the Revo its damn uncontrollable. I am thinking about posting in the fs/ft forum to trade for a 3.3 with a ez. You guys think it will get easier???

If you trade your motor for something smaller you will regret it.
The difference will be nothing but noticeable and you wont like it.

Keep the power, you'll get use to it.

I went from a OS .18TM in the one revo i use to bash to a Axial .28rr

Its controllable, you just need some time behind the transmitter.

Got a little more time behind the wheel today, actually just came in. Borrowed some 23mm hex adapters from my buddy and with the proline wheels and tires, this thing is a whole new animal. Can't wait to get a set of my own. I actually got 3 headers, i am going to try to cut them up and actually try to fit the HPI polished pipe in the stock location, then try to fit it all under a Harddrive or a Crowd Pleazer 2 body. Then on to painting the cooling head blue and mocking up a 3.3 head protector. Reason for this is, LOOK STOCK, HAUL ASS. Trying to make kind of like a 1/10 scale of my stang. All stock looking, nobody would guess there is potential of 1k+hp under the hood.

BTW, how much of a difference is there between a 28 spec 1 and a RR??
