It sure is. You can still find rollers (kits with wheels, minus electronics) and sliders (same, but no wheels/tires) on ebay. There are parts here and there as well, but getting thin. Sometimes they come with a body, like this one did. Sometimes they don't.
The RC10 was the one to beat back in the day. Great, lightweight kits. But they are 2 wheel drive, which are harder to drive, but the RC10 never was a buggy that was too loose in the ass end. It was, and still is a great performer.
