Adding to the chaos, fabricated grass deflectors to both the rally trucks over the long weekend. Ended up using kitchen cutting sheets for material instead of the planned Lexan. Cutting sheets were easier to form to the chassis. Held in place by Velcro strips. Tarmac tested both trucks. A.O.K. Ready now for a run at the back yard grass track.

Had to set back the right side deflector on the Rustler for servo horn/steering link clearance. -AC

I repaired the rear end of my Dad's Yokomo YZ-2 CAL3 also after i was done i took for a quick test drive in the front street.

Some time last year, I took my 1/5 Outcast to the skatepark and broke it. Big surprise right, I know. For the third time, I, rather abruptly, removed the rear bumper. When this abrupt removal occurs, the rear bulkhead is what breaks

I'm hoping this will solve the issue.

This was a more recent skatepark fatality. Random cheap China pinion didnt hold up well. Any suggestions on a gear set? Not gearing per say, but quality gears.

Also managed to break the steering servo on the wife's kraton. That didnt go over well.

I have too many rc's and too many of them are broken. I'm shooting for fixing 1 or 2 a weekend till they all run. The Outcast test run went great so that's a win. Hopefully have parts in time to fix these 2 next weekend.

Ill definately check on the warranty info. That happened just running around the yard. Now it just makes a high pitch squeal when you try to turn. Ill take it off and open it up and see whats what.

Oof. I hope running around the yard is not part of the "misuse" warranty terminology. I couldn't find Perfect Pass warranty info... only a picture and three sentences.

I looked at that servo for my Kraton, but didn't see any gear sets sold for the servo should anything happen down the road. Please update your warranty experience with Perfect Pass as you are trying to resolve issue. I'm pretty sure AGFrc is the OEM. I'll just stop right there.

I played around with my new Castle\Traxxas combo i got today for my upcoming E-Revo BL edition i got it cleaned, put new heat shrink tubing on the motor bullets and reprogrammed the ESC to my liking using the older Castle Link. I kind of wish Traxxas was still using this MXL-6S in their 6s vehicles or something like it but still a rebranded Castle product Traxxas electronics are just kinda not great in some cases.

So far everything looks good. Little after run oil and the piston rotated no problem. Got the head back on now.

Only bummer is I guess in the move a few years ago I lost a wheel nut and the new TRX exhaust tip I bought for it. I'll dig around some more before I declare them lost.

That's awesome, My search original began with the Nitro Revo and the E-Revo 2.0 but i just love the original electric version more i ended buying a 1.0 Brushless Edition E-Revo roller plus the stock OG Castle\Traxxas ESC and a bunch of other things to get it going. Keep us updated i'd love to see your project come to life like mine. Here's mine.

I got my 2nd Amain package today full of E-Revo parts but i also got a couple of parts for my Slash 4x4 Ultimate. Then i got my new chassis brace and center driveshaft installed in my Slash 4x4 Ultimate.
