General RC Information
As I said in the intro, I started the CKD1000 KAOS F450 SD Custom Truck Lift Conversion kit. Along with that, I installed metal axle housings, front and rear, as well as lockers in both pumpkins! I have all the new links attached to the new axles,as well as the new dually wheels and tires. Per a suggestion from someone on YouTube, I'm changing out the drag link setup on both front and rear to something from Shaka Hobbies - their rear 4 link set up and their front 3 link/servo mount. (last 2 pics) The two pictures prior to that, show my frame waiting for me to figure out the rest of the lift, and the new clear body, waiting to be masked/painted. The dually Injora 2.2" Mud Slinger tires on H-Tech Billet wheels can be seen sitting on the frame (waiting for lift), the new Hobbywing Fusion Pro geared at 53/17 is in and tested (sweet)... just need some insight on the "middle of the frame" portion of the lift (the instructions suck - pardon my english)!!! Meanwhile, having a blast with my H10 Optic from Vanquish!!!
