I redesigned my wheelie bar. Again... but I'm fairly certain I got it this time. I made it out of the extra attachment for the joystick remote that comes with the Traxxas transmitter phone holder. And the wheels are from a LaTrax Teton. Slash body is 1st design, Backslash is current

And I think 1/8 tires would be harder to glue. Not sure if it's just these brand wheels or if it's standard to all 1/8 wheels but they aren't like 1/10 wheels, they don't have a lip for the rubber to seat/guide in when you glue. Maybe I should go out and buy one of those tire glue jig things. ? 🤔

Could you do me a favor, and leave the front door unlocked tonight, and make sure everything is cleaned up, and on the kitchen table? Thanks in advance. :)

Stained the herzog racing boat rack, ill have it done by by monday, and finally got the miss geico on the block.

Lubed steering cables and driveshafts up, noticed the reciever wasn't in a box like my other boats, so I conformal coated a radiolink reciever and put it in, as I use it with the disruptor, jetstream, sonic wake, and like the range and battery voltage displayed.

Nice to have 3 transmitters instead of 6.
(Cheap deerc so any one can use it, tugboat, then the other 4 fast boats on the radiolink)

I've been distracted getting the tractor setup to my liking, and almost done with that..still a few more things remain..
Tire ballast,tooth bar,and complete fluid/coolant/oil change

Sounds like you made some good headway. :thumbs-up:

I have the pirahana bar ordered, and went through driveline and gearbox maintenance and blade sharpening on a frontier 4 foot rotary cutter i picked up, (haven't used it yet other than function test)
So Gwt quick hitch, chineese ballast box with 6 429 heads, 42" pallet forks should be handy,

I did notice a few things though..
I prefer pallet forks to clamp on bucket forks, and a zero turn mower to the belly mower.

Everything. Lol
Organized chaos

Haven't touched a RC in 3 weeks. Prob new record for me.

Soldered spare esc for the typhon and got that in. 2 layers of grey tape under that. It's on there good. Hopefully enough cushion for it for these big jumps. S665 servo swapped back in. 9imod servos I swapped in the rusty. Slash, ran that Friday night and at the end of my bash I lost all drive. Essentially was 1WD. Turns out the driveshaft fell out. Set screw backed out. Took some time to find that same size set screw pin in my misc hardware box and got that fixed. Also on the slash I put on some new hardware in the front and get those rusty screw heads out from the beach. Also put the RPM front tower back on and stock steel front camber links so I can run a longer screw and nut on the other side so it doesn't back out anymore as the plastic is stripped out. Still have to fine tune in the camber and toe though. Also worked on the mini b. Took the side guards off and cut off those battery tray tabs so I could fit a standalone esc in more better. And retaped down the receiver and switch for that. Ran the mini b in the cold wet alley on worn out rear slicks. Lol.

Tonight I swapped the stock trash Reedy speedo back into the reflex, took out my King Val/Surpass Hobbies speedo so I can keep it for the Mini B. As I'm trading the Reflex.

I "plan" to work on the 2 race buggies tomorrow. I said "planned'" so idk if it would actually happen. Lol.

B74: new front hubs/bearings. Thicker sway bars. Chassis protector. Overall clean up.
22: Put in new rear pill inserts, new hinge pins, new D block. Hopefully to finally fix binding issue. Chassis protector. New front camber block. Overall cleanup.

so it turns out my 2n1 did work. my batteries are just 💩 . regardless i moved forward so i could run lipo. sense the servo mounts are integrated into the 2n1 and not wanting to track down and buy the brushless bellcrank and servo mount i made do with what i had. i pulled the board out of the 2n1 and chopped up the case so the ESC and switch would fit. still waiting on the receiver (supposedly it'll be here Monday). it'll get mounted on the chassis brace behind the ESC.
this is as far as i got until the mosquitoes ran me out of the garage.
