Minor surgery on the Asuga... removed the wing/mount to test the fit of the SCT body.
I think it's going to work out ok, so next I'll have to replace the front shock tower/body posts with one from the Kagama 6S.

Got the front shock tower changed out and the body mounts sorted. The Traxxas rear body mount for the 2WD Slash was almost perfect. The screw holes matched the spacing on the Corally towers, just had to split them in half.

I designed and printed an Rx box for the LC12B1, along with a mount for the HW 10BL60. Pics will go up in the build thread. Eventually.
Reprinting some door hinges for the kei truck. The first drive the dog ripped off the door. I wish I was filming at the time.

Also finished big footing the MAXX.
Glued the tires got them all installed.

I tried doing the same thing with the Hoss, got the tires to mount on the truck , but just not enough clearance for the steering knuckles.

Back out in the garage working on more RC stuff this evening.
Gave up trying to get monster truck tires onto the Hoss, more research needed.
Put its stock tire setup back on.

Spent an hour or more putting together the matching bead lock spares for the new Fox UDR.

Got my regular Or maybe should call it the classic slash with the fox body out for a little photo session with the other Fox body trucks.

Also drug out my old custom short course race truck.
It’s a bit of hybrid in that it’s a mix of Losi and Traxxas parts.

Everything still seems to be working, may have to take it out for a bit of a run tomorrow.
It’s been a solid 5 years plus since it’s been ran. Looking forward to putting it through its paces again.

You need different wheels with more offset or something.

You need different wheels with more offset or something.
You need to mail these cool monster tires to me and put the stockers back on the Hoss for now... I KNOW I can get these to fit an Optima Mid! 😍
I'll call it Optima Mud!!! 🤣

@CC1999 Where did these tires come from?

Amazon or eBay, pretty much both had them .
Bought both versions. One larger set for the Maxx, the smaller tire and 12mm hex set for Hoss.
The Maxx seems to be going to work just fine.

The Hoss set works but only as a shelf queen.
Which it might become at some point.
I do have a new pristine body for it whenever that time comes.
