Prepping my new MX8 for install. I got the battery wires extended so the plug will reach my battery and got the plug on.
Tomorrow, program and install.

Wrenched on a Grand National, getting parts ready for paint. That's about it today, did not wrench on not much more, no RC but tomorrow we get our shocks to rebuild our Arrma Typhon when they're finally delivered

Put a aluminum impeller in the jetstream and drilled a hole in the stuffing tube, put a grub screw in to make greasing the shaft easier

Wired up a Max6 G2 today along with a Perfect Pass Monster T. Have some Hyper Flow Fans and aluminum bellcranks to go in soon too

Put some new 2.2 Hobby Soul rims and tires on the Gatekeeper of Doom tonight. The rubber feels good, nice tackiness to it. Will have to see how they do.

That's awesome! I have a set of Hobby Soul beadlocks & some Proline Boggers for the next crawler build. Those wheels setup so easy. Very fine looking crawler man! Love the graphics!

Finally got the servo back on. I had to get a new carbon piece because I originally had the servo sitting too low for the servo horn and I stripped out the old piece. Also getting a new piece was a massive pain.

I had popped one of my rear shock caps…so ya turn lemons into lemonade, installed the aluminum green caps, looks sharp!

Got the Associated LT10sw, cheap, then came across this bug body on Amazon for $14. Had to change the front bumper and front body mount (used parts for the DB10), and removed the rear bumber. May chop the top off the front bumper...

I've got a set of 5-spoke Star wheels in black. Once I get the skin off the body and get a few small decals on it, i may go with the all black look.

Now I need to change the plugs on the 2S batteries, and decide what to do with these two chargers that came as part of the LT10sw combos... maybe road trip kits?

I got the front end rebuilt on the Slash (I'm still waiting on the fixed length camber links). All new bearings, rebuilt shocks and diffs and a Reefs 500 Raw servo. The Extreme Duty driveshafts are so thick I had to cut off the bottom set of camber link mounts off of my shock tower to get the clearance. Tomorrow, the backend.

Almost done!
The truck itself is done. All new bearings, fluid, seals, and a lot more.
What I'm waiting on is a ProBodyRC bug body (I'm going to run it fenderless) and a new set of body mounts.
I can't wait to drive it, it's like waiting for Christmas.
